We are a fast and responsive custom home drafting company dedicated to bringing your vision to life. With extensive experience in a variety of home styles, we cater to diverse tastes and preferences, ensuring that every project is uniquely crafted.

Step 1: Contact us to get on schedule, lead times span 1-2 weeks.

Step 2: We will send you a draft (floor plan and elevations). We go back and forth on changes until your design is perfect.

Step 3: Once you are happy with the design, we finish up all structural details and notes for permit. (1-2 weeks).

Step 4: Submit your plans for Permit!

What our plans include:

Site Plan - Basic plot plan showing home location/setback lines/easements
3D Overview - From Draft to Final Layout, we draw in 3D to make visualization and changes easy
Floor Plan - Dimensioned floor plan including all fixtures and appliances
Plumbing Plan - Waste Isometrics, water calcs, and gas schematics shown when required
Foundation Plan - Detailied foundation plan including dimensioned spread footings, point loads, bearing walls and hold downs
Roof Framing Plan - Truss layout, details, and notes
Elevations - Show all four sides of your home, including exterior materials and measurements
Cross Section - Section cut out through your home, labeling rooms, structural details, insulation type, and materials
Electrical Plan - Includes switches, lights, and outlets, customized by owner
Mechanical Plan - Compressor locations, air handler locations, register locations
Structural Details - All structural details and notes required for permit
City Notes/ Codes - All jurisdiction-specific notes and codes for permit

Note: Structural, civil, and mechanical engineering available when required.
